Tai Chi Gung Instructor + Founder of We Tai Chi Gung

I’ve always had a passion for energy wellness and holistic healing and was looking for a way to strengthen my body and return my former vitality and balance after an injury. I came across Master Lama Rasaji as he was just beginning to share the gift of Tai Chi Gung from the Lamasery in Darchen, Tibet. Once I began to experience the miraculous impact that practicing Tai Chi Gung had on my personal health and spiritual journey, I knew I needed to share this life-changing system!

After training with Master Lama Rasaji and Master David Paul through Circle of Chi, I am now qualified and ready to begin teaching this ancient, restorative system of gentle movements known as Tai Chi Gung.
